Property Maintenance Officer

Breight Group need a highly motivated and experienced Property Maintenance Officer to be responsible for our tier 1 client’s residential property portfolio.

This is an Onslow town-based residential position on a 5&2-day roster reporting to the Property Manager. Breight Group will consider flexible working arrangements for up to 40 hours per week for the successful applicant. This is not a FIFO position and FIFO will not be considered.
The key duties include but are not limited to:

• General yard maintenance of all residential properties
• Lawn mowing and lawn edging;
• Landscaping and tree pruning;
• Maintenance and repair of all pools, pool pumps and equipment;
• Testing and maintenance of pool water;
• Undertaking light maintenance duties;
• Working to a property maintenance schedule.

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for great people who enjoy their work, are interested in being part of a team and have a strong belief in safety first culture. We also need the following from you:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Drivers Licence (Manual)
• Knowledge in the safe use of tools and equipment required to perform all tasks
• Ability to undertake routine cleaning and maintenance duties
• Ability to work safely and understand best practice in pool and garden maintenance environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Advanced computer skills, record keeping, ordering and inventory management
• Strong professional presentation
• Australian Working Rights
