Your Opportunity

Lead and shape the successful delivery of Sustaining & Brownfield Capital Projects and associated Shutdowns as part of the Primero Operations & Maintenance Team. You’ll lead projects through every phase — from tendering and delivery preparation through procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, manage expectations and play a key role in strengthening the company’s reputation and market standing.

Location: Perth CBD – New Office

Your Key Responsibilities

* At all times lead safety within the project under management and throughout the business as required.

* Lead project strategy to ensure successful outcomes for the client and company.

* Understand cost management and be capable of accurate forecasting.

* Provide guidance on procurement and subcontracting strategies.

* Delivery of contract scopes in line with agreed terms and conditions.

* Communication effectively.

* Demonstrate leadership and authority.

* Drive the project safety culture.

* Complete execution of the project from inception to practical completion.

* Manage time and cost related to the project outcomes.

* Control expenditures within limitations of project budget.

* Drive productivity and innovation initiatives.

* Day-to-day management of project budgets, resources and staffing to meet objectives and time frames.

* Responsible for accurate and appropriate planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.

* Management of internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.

* Promote and ensure optimal results in safety and environmental management.
