Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Project Manager to join a leading high-end commercial construction company that operates across Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen on a position that offers frequent regional travel (approximately 50% of the year), long-term stability and strong autonomy.

• Salary: $120K–$150K + Super + Company Vehicle
• Location: Office based in Perth with regular metro and regional travel

Working closely with internal teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers, you will take ownership of regional projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This role will involve regular travel to regional project sites across WA, ranging from 1–3 weeks away at a time, depending on the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of regional projects, including budgets, programmes, procurement and site coordination.
• Travel to regional sites to help set up projects, monitor progress, attend site meetings, coordinate subcontractors and support on-site teams.
• Manage project handovers, initial setup, procurement and all required project commencement documentation.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Manage project documentation, risk identification, project completion and compliance with company procedures.
• Identify potential business development opportunities to bring on more clients for the company and follow through on leads.

About You / Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within construction, landscaping or a civil-related industry.
• Business development skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to travel to regional project sites approximately 50% of the working year.
• Valid Australian driver's licence, White Card and full Australian working rights.
