Project Manager

Join a privately owned Australian engineering and project delivery business supporting the mining and resources sector. This role will lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

About the Company

The business employs more than 200 people and operates across Western Australia, Queensland and Papua New Guinea. It specialises in underground mining infrastructure, paste/backfill systems, ventilation, water services and sustaining capital works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects safely from award to close-out.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk and quality.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Manage clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee contracts, variations, reporting and project documentation.

About You

• Project management experience in mining, resources or heavy industry.
• Relevant engineering, construction or project management qualification.
• Strong project controls, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Safety-focused, practical and able to travel to project sites when required.
