Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Manager (SMP & E&I) to lead the delivery of a major mineral processing and materials handling construction project.

This role will initially be based in our Perth office, supporting early-stage planning, engineering, and mobilisation, before transitioning to site on a 2:1 FIFO roster during execution. This is a key leadership position on a large-scale project, with strong pipeline continuity beyond initial delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an effective construction, engineering, project services and support team to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance and innovation to successfully deliver the project
  • Manage project commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change management
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met
  • Effectively manage and provide leadership to the project team
  • Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture
  • Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention

What you’ll bring:

  • A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety
  • Proven site-based Project Management experience executing major multi-disciplinary (SMP E&I) $100M+ resource construction contracts for a Tier 1 contractor
  • Experience managing large scale multi-disciplinary workforces.
  • Tertiary or Trade qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Proven leadership capabilities in building, developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team
  • An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports and instructions
  • Sound knowledge working to AS/NZ ISO: 9001 Quality Standards
