About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art mining facility.

This is a temporary role, offering the opportunity to work on a 7/7 roster, with 12 hour shifts. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from crushing and grinding to CIP Leaching, Adsorption, Thickening, and Tails management.

About You / Requirements

• Experience as a Process Operator, with expertise in crushing, grinding, CIP Leaching and Adsorption, Thickening, Gold Room, and Tails management
• Proficiency in operating Gantry cranes, forklifts, Front End Loaders, and Excavators
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Certifications

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in the machinery operation
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the mining sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
