Experienced Production Grader, Dozer and Excavator Operators

KCA Site Services require suitably skilled Production Mining Operators for mining projects in the Kalgoorlie and Goldfields region - ex Perth

Positions Available

• Production Grader, Dozer & Excavator Operators: Proficiency across a variety of heavy machinery - CAT, Komatsu, or Hitachi fleets.

• Top-Tier Rates: $60 – $75/hr + super (based on role & experience).
• Temp to Perm and Permanent opportunities
• Roster: 2/1 (days + nights)
• Point of Hire: FIFO from Perth, DIDO (from Kalgoorlie) or BIBO options.

What You’ll Need (Essential):

• Experience: Minimum 12 months in a mining environment (hard rock mining preferred).
• Technical Skill: Proven experience operating CAT, Komatsu, or Hitachi.
• Compliance: Valid RII National Units of Competency for relevant machinery.
• Licensing: Valid C-Class Manual driver’s licence + a clean National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• Fitness for Work: Ability to pass a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen (DAS).
• Rights: Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
