About the Role

Are you a skilled Loader Operator who thrives on precision, safety, and keeping things moving? Join Genesis Minerals at our iconic Gwalia site in Leonora, WA, where your expertise will directly impact production performance and operational excellence.

If you’re a safety-focused professional with strong experience operating Komatsu WA500 and Volvo 250/260 front-end loaders, particularly in loading circuits and hopper feeding, and know your way around ROM pads and stockpile maintenance, this is the role for you!

The role will include:

• Operating loaders to maintain consistent feed to the crushing circuit
• Managing ROM pad and stockpile integrity with precision, keeping the ore flowing
• Operate mobile plant equipment across key operational areas, including: Primary ROM; Paste Backfill Plant; Gold Processing Plant
• Supporting plant performance targets in alignment with Genesis Minerals’ ASPIRE values
• Working closely with a collaborative team and modern fleet

About You

You’re a motivated, safety-conscious professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, ideally in gold processing operations.  Your experience operating Komatsu WA500 and Volvo 250/260 front-end loaders in a similar role will set you up for success as will your attention to detail, commitment to safe operations, and ability to work collaboratively with processing and maintenance teams. You’ll also have the following:

• At least (2) two years experience operating loaders in a mining or processing environment
• Understanding of crushing plant feed operations
• Driver’s License, C Class, Manual Car), minimum
• Nationally Recognised Front-End Loader (FEL) competency (RIIMPO321F or equivalent)
• First aid training. HRWL, EWP and LF licenses are desirable as are Working Safely at Heights, Confined Spaces, Gas Test Atmospheres, Skid Steer Loader, and Excavator
