• 4:4 roster DS/NS, 12-hour shifts
• Kwinana Alcoa Site
• Full time Position with the Client
• Competitive salary package

About Our Client

PROXA Australiais a water treatment company that offers a range of water management services that cover the entire water cycle. Their aim is to support industrial expansion, whilst protecting the planet.
Proxa will be constructing a new water treatment plant at the existing Alcoa Kwinana Refinery and providing ongoing water management solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Senior Process Operator, you will be:

• Operating and monitoring water treatment processes and plant
• Performing startups, shutdowns and process adjustments
• Sampling, testing, washing and adjusting chemical dosing
• Reporting operational issues and hazards, complying with all SHEQ standards and maintaining accurate logs

What You Will Need

• Cert III in Water or Wastewater Treatment Operations highly desirable
• Minimum 2 years experience in industrial water treatment process, or mining-related facilities.
• Experience with advanced water treatment systems and chemical dosing systems
• Previous experience at Alcoa Kwinana highly advantageous
• Forklift licence High Risk LF advantageous
• Basic computer literacy and experience utilising SCADA
• Current and valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical
