Polywelders

KCA Site Services is seeking experienced Poly Welders to join a dewatering project in Western Australia.

You will be responsible for poly welding and installing large-diameter polyethylene pipework to support site dewatering operations. Working with McElroy T500 and T900 welding machines, you will carry out welding, pipe installation and flange bolting activities while ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required project standards.

What's on Offer?

• Immediate starts available, with the project running until March 2027
• $70 per hour + superannuation
• Fortnightly pay
• FIFO 2:1 roster
• Opportunity to work on a major mining dewatering project

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on polywelding experience
• Current Rio Tinto site induction (mandatory)
• Relevant polywelding qualifications, including PMBWELD301 – Butt Weld and PMBDWELD302 – Electrofusion Weld
• Valid Construction White Card
• Previous experience welding and installing polyethylene pipe ranging from 250mm to 900mm
• Experience operating McElroy T500 and/or T900 welding machines, including flange bolting and pipe installation
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
• Full Australian working rights
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Candidates must be currently residing in Perth
