Plumbing Operations Manager

About the Company

Our client is one of Perth’s leading dual trade specialists, delivering electrical and plumbing services across commercial, industrial and mining environments. Due to growth, they are seeking a Plumbing Operations Manager to spearhead the plumbing department. This is an exciting position, that will see you responsible for growing and maintaining existing client base and internal team.

About the Role

This role will see you responsible for, but not limited to;

• Manage plumbing team’s workflow
• Oversee job scheduling, resourcing and subcontractor coordination via SimPro
• Build and mentor a high-performing plumbing team, including apprentices and licensed tradespeople
• Support business development and quoting for new commercial plumbing opportunities

Requirements

• Trade Qualified Plumber (Australian recognised)
• Gas Fitting permit
• Proven ability to build internal processes, scale operations and drive growth
• Proven experience delivering commercial projects
• Strong understanding of AS/NZS plumbing standards and WA regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
• Similar with trade management software (Simpro or similar)
