SRG Global Asset Care are seeking an experienced Plant Inspector to join our team in the Northwest on a 2:2 roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-service inspections of pressure equipment, including boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping, storage tanks and associated equipment, in accordance with applicable codes and client requirements.
• Prepare inspection work scopes, including any required NDT, review equipment history and review all findings.
• Prepare reports for inspections performed on this equipment in accordance with applicable codes and client requirements.
• Perform inspections and quality reviews as required by applicable codes and client requirements for pressure equipment, including boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping, storage tanks and associated equipment.

About You

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• AICIP or API Certification 510 & 570.
• API 653 (highly desirable).
• NDT Certification AINDT (desirable, not essential).
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and standards associated with the in-service inspection of pressure systems, plant and equipment.
• Working knowledge and experience in relevant industry (mining, refinery, resources), with exposure to heavy industrial/process/mining plant.
