About Blackwater Mine
Blackwater is one of the region’s most significant coal operations — a site with scale, momentum, and a strong future. The mine plays a major role in supplying high-quality coal to domestic and international markets, and every shift contributes directly to meeting production targets.
About the Role
- Maintain haul roads, intersections, ramps and access areas in line with site SHMS requirements.
- Report to the Coal Team Coordinators.
- Work a 7/7 day-shift-only roster.
About You
We are looking for operators who demonstrate:
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental standards
- Team-focused and proactive approach
- High standards of equipment care and housekeeping
- Compliance with mine procedures, SOPs and SWIs
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Key / Highly Desirable Skills
- Experience operating:
- Tracked Dozer
- Hydraulic Excavator
- Grader
- Wheel Loader
- Wheeled Dozer
- Medium & Light Vehicles
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
