Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is looking for a new Civil Supervisor to join its dedicated NPI Projects team, covering works across the East Pilbara region. This is an opportunity to join as a crucial team member, carrying out the construction of NPI equipment on behalf of BHP. Reporting to the Superintendent, the successful candidate will oversee the installation of temporary site-based facilities and advise the multidisciplinary blue-collar workforce on safe and best practices. This is a casual, 8:6 rostered opportunity, FIFO from Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of various NPI equipment, including turkey nests, tanks and HSPE piping
• Provide quality leadership while maintaining an on-the-job presence
• Coordinate the workforce on daily tasks to stay on track with project requirements
• Promote a safe and efficient working environment for our people
• Communicate effectively between leadership staff and site representatives, and uphold professional relationships
• Use your expertise to advise on productivity, work scope ideas and improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Statutory 26 Certificate (mandatory)
• Strong working background in civil and NPI-based works
• Experience on BHP sites and knowledge of compliance (highly desirable)
• Proven leadership and advisory skills, with a passion for working on the job front
• Ongoing record of meeting project deadlines and communicating effectively with site representatives
• Dedication to the safety of your crew and others
• Proof of right to work in Australia
