Protech are seeking motivated candidates for entry-level operator roles across several Bowen Basin operations, with full training and support provided to help you succeed.

What You Will Be Doing

• Participating in structured on-the-job training and competency assessments
• Learning to operate a range of mining equipment in a production environment
• Following site safety standards, procedures, and operational requirements
• Working alongside experienced operators, trainers, and supervisors
• Contributing to production targets as part of a high-performing team
• Developing the skills and experience required to become a qualified mining operator
• Building a long-term career within the mining industry with ongoing development opportunities

What You Will Need

• Previous civil operating, construction, agricultural, farming, or similar experience desirable
• Strong and stable work history
• Commitment to building a long-term career in mining
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
• Must reside within:
  • Mackay
  • Airlie
  • Bundaberg
  • Rockhampton & Surrounding areas
