Mackellar is proud to be the mining services contractor forBravus’ Carmichael Mine, and together we’re creating jobs and opportunities across regional Queensland. With production in full swing at our site in the Galilee Basin, we’re expanding our team and looking for experienced operators to join us.

Our primary recruitment hubs are Townsville and Rockhampton, with flights also available from Cairns. We welcome and encourage applications from all regional Queensland communities.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience minimum of 12 months previous experience in a mining environment in operating large Dozers and Haul Trucks, plus one of the following: water truck, grader, small digger or 980 loader
• RII competencies (or verified within the past 5 years)
• Current Standard 11 and Driver’s Licence
• A strong commitment to safety at all times
• Team-focused attitude and flexibility to get the job done
• Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
