Pearl Recruitment currently has multiple vacancies available for varying levels of experience across Perth, working within the landscape maintenance and construction industry. Take your pick from the below positions!

All roles require a construction white card.

Landscape Labourer

• Location: Carabooda
• Pay rate: $33.85 per hour + penalties + super
• Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm
• Start: ASAP start available, ongoing
• Job duties: Manual labouring, mulching, planting and general landscape gardening.
• Licence required: Manual driver's licence

Steam Sprayer

• Location: South Perth
• Pay rate: $35.35 per hour + penalties + super
• Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm
• Start: ASAP start available, ongoing
• Job duties: Manual labouring, gardening and steam spraying to provide a 100% chemical-free way to kill weeds, sterilise soil and clean garden tools.
• Licence required: Manual driver's licence

Tractor Operators (HR)

• Location: Carabooda
• Pay rate: $35–$40 per hour + penalties + super
• Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm or 6:30 am–3:00 pm
• Start: ASAP start available, ongoing
• Job duties:
  • Operating tractors with attachments such as slashers and reach mowers to cut grass, clear weeds and manage roadside or large-garden vegetation
  • Ploughing, levelling or cultivating soil to prepare garden beds, turf areas or new planting zones
  • Performing general labouring duties across ongoing streetscape projects
  • Supporting mowing, gardening and horticultural activities where required
• Licence required: HR driver's licence

Mower Operators (MR or HR)

• Location: Canning Vale
• Pay rate: $35.35 per hour + penalties + super
• Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm
• Start: ASAP start available, ongoing
• Job duties:
  • Operating mowers to maintain parks, gardens and public open spaces
  • Assisting with general grounds and landscape maintenance
  • Using gardening equipment including whipper snippers, blowers and edgers
  • Supporting the team with garden clean-ups and outdoor maintenance projects
• Licence required: MR or HR licence

Landscape Water Truck Operator (HR)

• Location: Carabooda
• Pay rate: $38 per hour + penalties + super
• Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm
• Start: ASAP start available, ongoing
• Job duties:
  • Operating an HR water truck for horticultural applications, with a mix of in-truck watering and hosing via foot
  • Driving an HR watering truck to maintain street trees, turf and revegetation
  • Using onboard systems and navigation tools
  • Following scheduled watering routes efficiently
  • Completing daily reporting and recording field observations
  • Carefully hand-watering trees and shrubs
  • Supporting seasonal planting and maintenance activities
