About the Role
As a Mobilisation Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Mobilisation Coordinators, ensuring the efficient mobilisation of personnel across shutdowns, maintenance, project and workforce solutions contracts. This is a full-time position based at our Rivervale Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of four Mobilisation Coordinators
- Manage mobilisation activities across multiple clients, projects and work scopes
- Ensure employees meet all client and site entry requirements prior to mobilisation
- Oversee compliance with medicals, training, inductions, VOCs and licensing requirements
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and training providers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mobilisation efficiency and candidate experience
About You
- Proven experience leading a mobilisation, workforce planning or recruitment support team
- Extensive knowledge of mobilisation requirements within the mining and resources sector
- Demonstrated experience mobilising personnel to Rio Tinto, Fortescue, Roy Hill and Newmont operations
- Strong understanding of client onboarding systems, compliance requirements and site access processes
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Experience using mobilisation, workforce management or HR systems
Highly Regarded
- Previous experience within a mining services, shutdown or maintenance environment
- Knowledge of client mobilisation platforms
- Experience supporting high-volume workforce mobilisation programs
