RCR Mining Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Co-ordinator to join our Bunbury Head Office on a full-time basis.

The Mobilisation Coordinator ensures RCR’s mobilisation activities are meticulously and efficiently carried out across a complex range of portfolios, jobs, clients, and sites to ensure that RCR and Client requirements are consistently met.  By delivering a high-quality and comprehensive workforce mobilisation service to both internal and external customers, the Mobilisation Coordinator helps RCR to achieve both short and long-term operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate mobilisation including flights, accommodation, rosters, and travel
• Allocate internal and external workforce resources to meet operational demands
• Prepare and maintain detailed workforce schedules across multiple projects
• Manage inductions, site onboarding, and training requirements
• Monitor and track compliance requirements (tickets, licences, medicals) and manage expiries
• Maintain accurate mobilisation data across internal and client systems
• Act as the central point of contact for mobilisation-related communication
• Respond to short-notice changes and provide solutions to minimise operational disruption
• Assist with continuous improvement of mobilisation processes and systems
• Generate and provide regular reporting updates to internal stakeholders
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive employee experience

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced logistics, coordination, or senior administration role
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mobilisation, recruitment, or training within mining, manufacturing, or construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
• Experience with mobilisation systems such as Rapid Crews, Spear, Pegasus, INX, Avetta, SuccessFactors, or Enable
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• High attention to detail and analytical capability
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong stakeholder communication
• Qualification in Business and/or Administration (desirable)
