Pearl Recruitment – Mobile Plant Operators (WA Goldfields)

Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators for high-priority permanent opportunities across the WA Goldfields. We are specifically looking for 3 x Dozer Operators and 1 x Excavator Operator with strong production mining experience.

• Mobile Plant Operators – WA Goldfields
• 3 x Dozer Operators | 1 x Excavator Operator
• FIFO 2:1 Roster
• Permanent Full-Time Opportunities
• Rate Negotiable Pending Experience
• Super on ALL Hours Worked + $5.00/hr Site Bonus

Roles Available: These positions will suit experienced Mobile Plant Operators who are confident operating large-scale mining equipment across active mine site environments.

• Dozer Operators – D10+

• You will need proven experience operating CAT D10 or larger dozers, including:

  • Tip head operations
  • Floor clean-up
  • Bulk pushing
  • Ripping
  • General dozer operations across mining and civil works

• Excavator Operator – 200T+

• You will need proven experience operating 200-tonne+ excavators, including:

  • Double bench mining
  • Single flitch mining
  • Loading dump trucks
  • Batter work
  • General production excavation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant operating experience, with proven experience on the relevant machinery
• Relevant operating tickets / competencies
• Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Currently living in WA (essential)
