Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production. Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Underground Mine Manager to lead at Tritton; focus on safe mine productivity through strong leadership, key decision making and development of the mining and Technical Services teams. The UG is entering a planned period of consolidation as we build for the future. During this time, we are strengthening our internal capabilities and selectively bringing in new talent to help shape what comes next. This role offers a unique opportunity to join the team at a foundational moment, contribute to meaningful work now, and play a key part in setting UG up for its next phase of growth.

What you Bring:

• Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• New South Wales Mining Engineering Managers Practising Certificate or ability to obtain one within 3 months. Proven track record of delivering improved production outcomes
• Proven track record of building and motivating teams by providing clear direction and support
• Knowledge of NSW governance/legislative requirements.
• A desire to ‘get your hands dirty’ and see opportunities within challenges.
• Enthusiasm, commitment and self-direction.
