Description & Requirements

The role of Mechanical Fitter will see you working with our team in Muja, responsible for carrying out designated tasks undertaking the repair and maintenance of mechanical plant associated with the CBCI contract, including conveyors, crushers and all ancillary equipment (fixed/mobile), as directed by the Supervisors and/or the planners. This includes ensuring all critical deadlines and priority work are met for both fixed and mobile plant.

• Australian-recognised Trade Certificate
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Enter and Work in Confined Space – within 2 years
• Working at Heights – within 2 years
• HRWL – Forklift & EWP (desirable)
• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Live locally in the South West – within 75 km of Collie
