Dalgaranga is Ramelius’ newest long life, high-grade underground mine, located northwest of Mount Magnet. With the Never Never and Pepper deposits, it strengthens long-term production and feeds the Mount Magnet hub, supporting Ramelius’ long-term growth strategy.

The Role
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will repair and maintain site assets across a busy ramp-up operation. Working within a small, multi-skilled maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance across the newly constructed Paste plant, mobile equipment, village facilities, and non-process infrastructure (NPI).

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain paste plant, mine support equipment, mobile plant and light vehicles.
• Respond to failures and diagnose faults and restore equipment quickly.
• Preventative servicing by Completing scheduled lubrication, sampling, filter changes and condition checks.
• Village & NPI repairs - Repair water systems, HVAC, fuel systems, light towers and minor carpentry.
• Support the maintenance team as required, operate lifting equipment safely and keep accurate service records.

About You
You are a qualified Mechanical Tradesperson (Fitter or Mechanic) with a safety-first mindset, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a small, high-performing team. Flexible and proactive, you’re ready to contribute across site areas and ensure reliability of critical assets.

You will bring:

• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or relevant mechanical background
• Proven capability in remote or heavy industrial maintenance.
• Skilled in mobile plant, mechanical systems and site infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting ability, permit-to-work familiarity and commitment to safe practices.
• Licences & tickets - crane ticket essential; HR/MR licence, Pronto/INX experience and additional HRW licences (EWP, dogging, rigging, forklift) desirables.
