Our client is a well-established provider of technology-based solutions, supporting the delivery of complex projects and ongoing operational services across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Logistics Lead, and a Logistics Manager to join their WA operations team in Malaga.
These are hands-on roles supporting warehousing, inventory, purchasing, and distribution activities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are delivered accurately and on time.
There are two roles available, depending on experience:
Logistics Lead Full-time permanent position | $90,000 - $110,000 + super.
This role suits an experienced logistics professional who can take ownership of daily coordination and support a small team in a busy operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and warehouse activities
- Support and mentor logistics team members
- Manage stock control, orders, and inventory accuracy
- Monitor supply timelines and resolve or escalate delays
- Oversee dispatch, receiving, and transport coordination
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
About You
- 4+ years' experience in logistics or warehousing
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory and procurement processes
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ERP system experience advantageous
- Forklift licence required
Logistics Administrator
Full-time permanent position | $65,000 - $75,000 + super.
This role suits someone with administration or entry-level logistics experience looking to grow within a supply chain environment. You will support day-to-day logistics activities including order processing, receipting, and inventory updates.
Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders, receipting, and logistics documentation
- Follow up suppliers and monitor order ETAs
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
- Support dispatch, receiving, and basic warehouse tasks
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers on order updates
- Assist with transport bookings and scheduling
About You
- 1+ year administration or coordination experience
- Logistics/purchasing exposure highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Good communication and follow-up ability
- Microsoft Office skills
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

- Australian working rights
- Current C-Class Driver's Licence
