Loader / Rockbreaker Operators - Crushing

Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators for high-priority permanent opportunities across the WA Goldfields. The roles are for Loader and Rockbreaker Operators with strong production mining experience.

About the Roles

• Position: Loader / Rockbreaker Operator - Crushing
• Roster: FIFO 2:1
• Employment: Permanent full-time opportunities
• Rate: Negotiable pending experience
• Additional benefits: Super on all hours worked + $5.00/hr site bonus

These positions will suit experienced Mobile Plant Operators who are confident operating large-scale mining equipment across active mine site environments.

Key Duties

• Feed the crushing plant using a loader.
• Load Moxy dump trucks.
• Manage and move stockpile material.
• Operate rockbreakers as required.
• Monitor and maximise the crushing circuit.
• Adjust cone crushers and feeder speeds to maintain efficient production.
• Support general production and material handling activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant operating experience, with proven experience on the relevant machinery.
• Relevant operating tickets / competencies.
• Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Currently living in WA (essential).
• Production mining and crushing operations experience is highly regarded.
