Kwinana Workshop - Yardsman

About the Role

MinRes is seeking a dynamic Yardsman to join the team at our Mobile Maintenance Workshop, located in Kwinana. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading mining services company committed to sustainable practices and innovation.

This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday – no weekends and no night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment and freight within the yard and workshop.
• Receive, inspect and record incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
• Prepare, stage and dispatch materials and equipment according to operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, updating systems as required.
• Ensure the yard is organised, clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with forklift operations, loading and unloading, and movement of heavy equipment.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence.
• HRWL LF mandatory; DG and RB highly regarded.
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
• Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening requirements.
• Previous experience as a Yardsman in a fast-paced environment where safety is a priority.
