We're searching for a Junior Management Accountant to join our Commercial team. This role is perfect for someone early in their accounting career who wants exposure to meaningful work, genuine development, and the opportunity to grow into a future commercial leader.
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager, you'll support a range of month‑end processes, reconciliations, analysis, journal entries, and commercial tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.

What you’ll do
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of major customer accounts
- Support allocation of payments, invoices and credit notes
- Identify and help resolve GR/IR issues and PO variances
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform cost variance and spend analysis
- Support equipment costing, inventory transactions and commission processes
- Prepare and process journal entries, accruals and month‑end items
- Monitor compliance with JSOX financial controls
- Support governance, reporting and commercial best practice
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or similar)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting/finance
- Experience using SAP or AX (essential)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- A curious mindset and willingness to learn
