About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Integrated Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operational management of service of northern sites, based out of RAAF Pearce (Bullsbrook, WA). This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and the safety and wellbeing of all Placemakers and client personnel. You will lead and ensure reliable, consistent delivery of services across the location.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years in an operational leadership position
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Sound understanding of financials and processes
- Proven ability in leading large teams in service delivery
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strategic and operational mindset with a track record of driving improvements
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Cultural awareness and ability to work respectfully with diverse backgrounds
- Results-focused with strong prioritisation and solution-generation skills
- Ability to work autonomously with high motivation, initiative, and resilience
- Capacity to balance secure environment requirements with promoting healthy routine.
Compliance: Must be an Australian Citizen and must hold or be eligible for a Baseline Security Clearance
Preferred:
- Defence experience will be highly regarded
