Human Resources Officer

About the role

As the Human Resources Officer, you will partner with key stakeholders and managers to deliver generalist HR advice, support and services to Multiple QLD sites within our Business, based in our Head Office located at South Bank.

This role is a true generalist position, whereby the successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the HR function. This includes administering HR systems, HR analytics, reporting, training and development, performance and talent management, HR admin and more.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will have the opportunity to be coached and mentored in this position in order to reach your full potential.

About You

• Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential
• Relevant Human Resources Qualification is preferred, but not essential
• You must have a customer focused mindset
• You will have a superior attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience regarding conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures and having difficult conversations
