HRT Fitter

We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Road Transport Fitter to join our growing maintenance team on a 2:1 roster. This role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing heavy road transport vehicles to ensure peak performance, safety, and compliance.

You’ll be working in a fast‑paced environment where quality workmanship, safety, and reliability are key.

Daily Duties:

• Carry out servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy road transport vehicles
• Perform breakdown, preventative, and scheduled maintenance
• Fault ‑find using diagnostic tools and manuals
• Ensure all work is completed to OEM and safety standards
• Complete maintenance reports and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

What we're looking for:

You believe in fostering a positive work culture and ongoing growth, ensuring we always put our people first.  

• Trade qualified Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• Proven experience working on heavy road transport fleets
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault‑finding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Australian work rights
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to complete pre‑employment requirements
