Civeo is actively seeking Housekeeping and Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our Village teams, located in Blackwater and throughout the Bowen Basin (closest to Mackay).

These roles are offered on a DIDO or BIBO basis, with bus services from Mackay available to take you to Bowen Basin villages. There are NO FIFO options available for these roles.

Permanent positions are available on a 14:7 or 9:5 roster (14/9 days living and working onsite, 7/5 days off), working 9-hour days. We offer  free bus service to and from Mackay, OR you can drive yourself to your Village location if you prefer. Our Villages are located in towns such as Blackwater, Coppabella, Moranbah, Dysart and more!

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments.
• DIDO/FIFO/remote work experience (highly regarded)
• Experience leading a hospitality team, preference for Food and Beverage or Housekeeping.
• Exceptional communication and time management.
• Ability to access the village under a DIDO arrangement.
• Great team leader with the ability to adapt, work well under pressure and handle conflict.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including alcohol and drug screening
• Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
• National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
• Current Driver’s Licence
