Our client is based in Welshpool and is looking for 4 x High Reach / Pickers to join their team on an ongoing casual basis, with the opportunity for long-term work.

About the Role

Working within a clean, modern distribution centre, you'll be handling products commonly found in large hardware stores, including paint, gardening supplies, soil and general hardware items.

This is a hands-on warehouse role combining high reach forklift operation, picking, replenishment and general warehouse duties. You won't be on the forklift all day, so you'll need to be comfortable with manual handling and being active throughout your shift.

Key Duties

• Operating Toyota high reach forklifts and EPJ's to pick, replenish and move stock
• Put-aways, bulk picking and stock movements within racking systems
• Picking and packing customer orders
• RF scanning and ensuring order accuracy
• Consolidating freight onto pallets and preparing orders for dispatch
• Manual handling, lifting and moving hardware products
• Wrapping and staging pallets ready for transport
• Assisting with truck loading and general warehouse duties
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

• $40.84 per hour + super
• Overtime available after 38 hours
• 4-day work week - Monday to Thursday
• 5:00am - 3:00pm

What We're Looking For

• You'll need previous high reach forklift and warehouse experience
• A current forklift licence
• The ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
