About the Role

This is a busy, detail-driven role sitting within the Group Health and Safety team at our Perth corporate office. The core focus is pre-mobilisation reviewing and managing employee, contractor and visitor profiles in Sitepass to make sure all documentation is validated and compliant before anyone is cleared for mobilisation.

At any given time, you'll be managing around 175+ active profiles. This includes pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol screens, national police clearances and driver's licences. Alongside that, you'll support the team with weekly non-compliance reporting, safety database management and system administration across platforms including WeatherZone and the Journey Management System (JMS).

It's a role that suits someone who genuinely thrives on keeping things organised and accurate in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with Site Senior Executives and the broader H&S team, so strong communication and a team-first attitude go a long way.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage employee, contractor and visitor profiles in Sitepass (INX/Quartex) to ensure pre-mobilisation documentation is complete and compliant
• Review pre-employment medicals against Ramelius criteria and submit to the occupational physician portal for review
• Validate contractor documentation including drug and alcohol screens, police clearances and driver's licences
• Troubleshoot candidate issues across onboarding platforms through to Moodle inductions
• Run weekly non-compliance reports and follow up with sites to ensure compliance requirements are met
• Manage WeatherZone and JMS including account management, system auditing and active traveller escalation response
• Raise purchase orders in Pronto or equivalent as required
• Support document control functions with template transitions as capacity allows
• Liaise with Site Senior Executives (SSE) for approvals and provide ongoing support to site teams

About You

• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and document validation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
• Comfortable managing sustained high volumes with competing priorities
• National police clearance required for site access clearance purposes
• Valid driver's licence
• Experience in a pre-mobilisation, site admin or mobilisation compliance role is highly regarded
• Familiarity with compliance or mobilisation databases; INX highly desirable with similar systems such as Sitepass or Quartex considered
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, Pronto experience or document control exposure highly regarded
• Mining or resources industry background is a bonus
