What You’ll Own This isn’t just a supervisory role — it’s leadership on the ground. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Your impact will include:

Safety First, Always Lead a strong safety culture. Ensure strict WHS compliance and create a work environment where safety is non-negotiable.

Operational Leadership Supervise site operations and crews to deliver haulage and site services strategies with precision and efficiency.

Equipment Performance Maximise utilisation, oversee maintenance standards, and ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively.
