Grader Operator

Responsibilities

• Grade declines, levels, and service areas as required
• Conduct proactive roadway repairs
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently as directed by your Supervisor
• Maintain machinery cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly

Qualifications

• Experience operating underground graders and road maintenance machinery
• Nationally accredited Grader ticket/licence
• Valid manual driver’s licence
• A strong work ethic aligned with Redpath’s motto: “Consider it done — safely.”
