About the Role

FIFO Grader & Loader Operators

• 2/1 Roster
• 12.5 Hour Shifts - Super on all hours
• $74.43 per hour

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Grader Operators and Loader Operators on a 2/1 roster, 12.5hr shifts, Super on all Hours.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operating production graders or loaders in an open-cut environment
• Working as part of a production or civil earthworks team
• Maintaining a strong safety focus and following site procedures
• Contributing to daily operational targets

What You Will Need

• Proven experience operating 16M or 18M graders and/or 988, 982, 992 loaders
• Previous open-cut mining or civil production experience
• Valid HR Licence (desirable)
• National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
