Forklift Operator / Yardhand

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that will see you operating a forklift as well as assisting with general yard and warehouse duties, including but not limited to:

• Forklift operations
• Manual handling and lifting cement bags to prepare afternoon orders
• General housekeeping and yard maintenance
• Operating a ride-on sweeper
• Basic pallet repairs

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Start times typically 5:00am or 6:00am, finishing approximately 3:00pm - 3:30pm

Pay Rate

• $41.61 per hour + super + penalties after ORD hours are worked

To Be Successful, You Must Have:

• Current Forklift Licence and experience operating for at least 2 years
• Current WA Driver's Licence
• Permanent residency or full Australian work rights (Sorry no working holiday visas)
• A good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
• The ability to pass a full medical, drug and alcohol screen
