The Opportunity

Join Komatsu Training Academy and help power a world-class training environment. Working within our training department, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and coordinating tools and training aids for every class.
• Keeping our Welshpool training facility clean, safe, and ready to go.
• Supporting trainers during practical sessions and machine repairs.
• Organising tool storage, manage inventory, and source quotes.
• Handling logistics for simulators and road cases.

What we’re looking for:

• A great attitude – this is highly important.
• A self-starter who works confidently and independently.
• Forklift licence (essential).
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude ( a plus).
• Clear communicator with basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Trade qualification or Cert IV Training & Assessment desirable, not essential.
