Food & Beverage Supervisor QLD

We currently have exciting opportunities for experienced Dining / Kitchen Supervisor's to join our Operations team in the Bowen Basin.

This is a hands-on leadership role supervising the team of General Assistants within the dining room and crib area to drive continuous improvement to our food service for a high degree of guest satisfaction

This is a permanent full-time role on a 14:7 roster, Drive in, Drive out.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Prior leadership experience in and around onsite accommodation or the hotel space
• Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Passion for training and developing staff
• Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
• A good eye for detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Remote work experience (highly regarded)
• Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence (highly regarded)
