Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our Asia Pacific finance team in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role plays a key part in supporting financial performance, strategic decision-making, and business planning across the region.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
• Analyse financial results and provide variance analysis and insights
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management
• Conduct investment and cost-benefit analysis
• Monitor KPIs and assist with financial performance dashboards
• Support ERP systems and finance platform improvements

This opportunity will be offered on a permanent full-time basis.

About You / Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skill
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Pronto)
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools (desirable)
