About the Company

The Position

• Reporting directly to The Hub Scheduling Team
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
• Range of tasks including preparing surfaces for painting, premixing paints, removing fixtures, fill nail holes, cracks, joints
• Working 12 Hour Days (11 Hours Paid + 1 Hour Lunch break)
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice

The Person

• Australian Recognised Trade Qualification of Painter (Cert 3 in Painting and decorating)
• Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card
• Police Check within 12 months
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical Including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Able to FIFO from Adelaide Airport or DIDO nearby to Roxby Downs
