The Opportunity

FIFO Village Manager | Locations: Perth, Adelaide & Brisbane

As Village Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful operation of a remote accommodation village, leading multifunctional teams across:

• Catering & Hospitality Services
• Housekeeping & Cleaning
• Facilities Management
• Administration
• Mine Site Cleaning
• Guest Experience & Client Relationships

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive operational performance, inspire teams, build strong client partnerships, and ensure every resident receives an exceptional experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and managing large, diverse teams across multiple service streams
• Creating a positive, high-performing and safety-focused culture
• Building strong relationships with site clients and stakeholders
• Managing village operations, budgets and workforce planning
• Driving service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring contract compliance and operational performance targets
• Coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders
• Identifying opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, efficiencies and profitability

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from leaders who have:

• Previous experience managing mining villages, camps, resorts, hotels, or large-scale hospitality operations (Minimum of 3 years)
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 50+ employees
• Strong commercial, operational and financial acumen
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance and risk management
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• Unrestricted Australian working rights

Highly Desirable:

• FIFO/Village Management experience
• Standard 11
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Senior First Aid
• RMLV
• Current National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical & Functional Assessment
