The role

Cater Care Services have an exciting opportunity for hospitality leaders to join our growing team. We currently have vacancies for Assistant Site Managers across our remote mining village operations located throughout Western Australia.

• Manage the site and all contract-scoped accommodation and catering services
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Demonstrate team management, development and leadership
• Take full responsibility for financial performance and P&L, with a focus on labour and food costs

Desired Skills and Experience

What we require from you

• Accommodation reservations systems experience (INX, SAMS, RMS)
• Stable and progressive management experience within a remote environment
• A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• A motivated, constructive and professional ‘can-do’ attitude
• Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm
• Adherence to food and general safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
• Ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity and inclement weather
• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (highly desirable but not essential)
• Manual driver's licence (preferred) and forklift ticket (highly desirable)
• National Police Clearance within the last six months or willingness to obtain one
• Approved Managers
