Location: Mount Magnet, WA

Roster: 9 days on, 5 days off

Hours: 7:00am - 5:30pm

Rate: $50 per hour + meal allowance

Employment: Temp-to-permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Accommodation: Individual, well-maintained accommodation located close to the workshop

Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a well-established mine maintenance and fabrication company based in Mount Magnet.

This is a varied, hands-on position supporting the workshop team of approximately 25 employees. The role covers payroll, accounts, mobilisation, HR administration and general office support.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing payroll and employee timesheets
• General data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing and processing invoices
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
• Coordinating site entry requirements and employee mobilisations
• Assisting with onboarding and general HR administration
• Maintaining employee and compliance documentation
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
• Providing general administrative assistance to the workshop team and management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a broad administration, payroll or accounts position
• Confidence working across payroll, invoicing and general accounts duties
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Experience within mining, maintenance, engineering or a workshop environment would be advantageous
• Previous experience using Xero and/or Ostendo would be highly regarded
• The ability to commit to a 9/5 FIFO roster
