Our client is a well-established local manufacturer supplying quality products to the residential construction market.

About the Role

Based in Balcatta, they are currently seeking an experienced Factory Hand / Delivery Driver to join their team on an ongoing basis.

• Balcatta Location
• $35.00hr + Super + Penalties
• Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm + OT
• Ongoing Role with Immediate Start

This varied hybrid role combines hands-on factory production with occasional local delivery driving, offering plenty of day-to-day variety! Key duties will include:

• Assist skilled tradespeople throughout the production and assembly process.
• Use various hand and power tools (training provided).
• Read basic drawings, diagrams and cutting lists to prepare materials for assembly.
• Complete manual handling and lifting duties within the factory.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products around the warehouse.
• Occasionally driving a small truck to deliver orders to customers or collect items (only a C-A driver’s licence is required).
• Keep the factory clean, organised and safe.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous hand and power tool experience (ideally within a factory or production environment).
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights.
