About the Company

With a clear path to deliver on our vision to become a 500,000oz gold producer by FY30, our current growth projects are a key part of achieving this goal.

These key developments include a major processing plant upgrade at the Mt Magnet Operations, and the greenfields Rebecca-Roe Project that will include development of a mine, camp, processing plant, aerodrome and extensive site infrastructure.

Building A New Team

To deliver these exciting projects to a high standard, we are securing early Expressions of Interest from experienced Project Engineers who have successfully supported the delivery of mining processing facilities and other site related infrastructure projects.

This includes from initial scoping studies right through to construction & commissioning stages ideally. Long term, stable employment opportunities are available, working directly in the owners team overseeing the project requirements.

We are seeking expressions of interest from Project Engineers with the following experience:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical & Instrumentation (EI) Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Process Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Defining scope of works and developing preliminary designs for processing plant, non-processing infrastructure and other related site-based projects.
• Overseeing design development to ensure scope, cost and timeframe objectives are met.
• Providing design inputs and calibrations to ensure constructability objectives are met.
• Promptly and effectively dealing with technical queries from manufacturing and construction teams.
• Overseeing construction and potentially commissioning activities in conjunction with Project Managers as the projects develop.

About You

You have experience in the design and delivery of mining industry related capital projects. Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to seamlessly integrate with other project teams and navigate project complexities or shifting priorities comfortably.

You can demonstrate:

• Tertiary Engineering Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Process.
• Experience across ideally a variety of project stages, from detailed design to construction management & commissioning.
• Exposure across a diverse range of Processing plant and equipment types.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

About the Role

The position will beprimarily based in our Perth CBD corporate office with site travel on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Tertiary Engineering Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Process.
