Pearl Recruitment currently has multiple warehousing, storesperson, forklift and inventory vacancies available, with varying levels of experience required. We are working with reputable clients across the logistics, manufacturing, construction and mining industries, offering everything from ongoing opportunities to permanent, full-time positions.

Storesperson / Entry-Level Forklift Operator - Canning Vale

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2 PM
  • Pay: $35/Hr + Super
  • Location: Canning Vale
  • Job Duties:
    • Operating a forklift to move heavy materials
    • loading and unloading trucks
    • completing heavy lifting and manual labouring as required
    • conducting stocktakes and maintaining inventory control
    • performing general warehousing duties as required
  • Requirements:
    • Current forklift licence
    • driver's licence
    • reliable transport

Entry-Level Storesperson / Forklift Operator - Welshpool

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
  • Pay: $35/Hr + Penalties + Super
  • Location: Welshpool
  • Job Duties:
    • Safely operating forklifts to move, stack and position stock around the warehouse
    • conducting regular stocktakes and reconciling inventory
    • maintaining accurate stock records
    • loading and unloading trucks while verifying goods and ensuring correct handling
    • performing manual handling tasks as required, including lifting and transferring items
  • Requirements:
    • Current forklift licence
    • current driver's licence
    • reliable transport

Tool Storesperson - South Guildford

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 10.5-hour day shifts, with afternoon shifts every fifth week
  • Pay: $34.96/Hr (Day Shifts) | $41.96/Hr (Afternoon Shifts)
  • Location: South Guildford
  • Job Duties:
    • Maintaining and controlling departmental tooling assets
    • ordering and managing consumable items including work boots, vests and ear plugs
    • scheduling tooling calibrations
    • liaising with mechanics and technicians regarding specialised tooling requirements
    • managing the sign-in and sign-out of tools
    • maintaining inventory control to ensure tooling is stored and managed correctly
  • Requirements:
    • Strong customer service, administration and computer skills
    • SAP experience (desirable but not essential)
    • mechanical knowledge or an understanding of parts and tooling requirements (highly regarded)
    • current driver's licence
    • reliable transport

High Reach Forklift Operator - Welshpool

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Pay: $35/Hr + Penalties + Super
  • Location: Welshpool
  • Job Duties:
    • Safely operating high-reach forklifts to move, stack and position stock around the warehouse
    • conducting stocktakes and reconciling inventory
    • maintaining accurate stock records
    • loading and unloading trucks while ensuring goods are handled correctly
    • performing manual handling and lifting tasks as required
    • completing general warehousing duties to support daily operations
  • Requirements:
    • Current forklift licence
    • previous high reach experience
    • current driver's licence
    • reliable vehicle

Parts Inventory Coordinator (Full-Time) - Welshpool

  • Hours: Mondays, 8 AM - 4:30 PM; Tuesdays - Fridays, 8 AM - 4 PM; every second Saturday, 6 AM - 11 AM. Flexible working hours may be available following the probation period, with an optional 9-day fortnight (one day off per fortnight) also available after probation.
  • Pay: $30.36/Hr (Monday - Friday) | $45.54/Hr (first 2 Saturday hours) | $60.72/Hr (subsequent Saturday hours)
  • Location: Welshpool
  • Job Duties:
    • Processing parts orders and ensuring all orders are accurately entered into the system
    • updating inventory systems when parts are received, dispatched or sold
    • assisting with stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
    • monitoring stock levels and ensuring inventory systems remain up to date
    • supporting the Parts Manager with general administration and day-to-day parts operations
  • Requirements:
    • Previous administration, inventory, warehouse administration or parts experience is highly regarded
    • confidence using computer systems and updating databases
    • current Australian driver's licence
    • reliable transport
