About the Role

• Produce detailed designs using SolidWorks and CAD software
• Support and relieve workload from the existing engineer
• Interpret and develop technical drawings and specifications
• Work closely with fabrication teams to ensure design practicality
• Assist with project design, development, and documentation
• Review and update drawings to meet project requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience using SolidWorks and CAD systems
• Engineering qualification or equivalent
• Practical understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes
• Ability to work independently and manage design workload
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
