About the Company
Our client is a well-established WA business in the energy and fuel infrastructure sector. They are currently looking for an Electrician to join their Perth team on a full-time permanent basis.
About the Role
This is a long-term, stable opportunity with a strong pipeline of work, suited to someone from a service and maintenance background who is looking for consistent hours and variety in their day-to-day work.
What you will be doing / Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of fuel systems and associated equipment
- Fault finding, repairs and commissioning across electrical and mechanical systems
- Working on tanks, pumps, pipelines, valves and related infrastructure
- Carrying out preventative maintenance, inspections and breakdown repairs
- Assisting with assembly, fabrication and modification of equipment where required
- Completing service reports, timesheets and job documentation
- Predominantly metro-based work with occasional site travel and overnight stays
What we’re looking for / Requirements
- WA A Grade Electrical Licence
- Strong service and maintenance background
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Experience in fuel systems or industrial environments highly regarded
- Additional tickets such as WAH, EWP or Confined Space advantageous
- Experience in BESS / Hybrid / Renewable systems, or a genuine interest in developing in this space
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a full medical and drug & alcohol screening
What’s on Offer / Benefits
- $50 - $60/hr + super (depending on experience)
- Approx. $100K - $120K+ base + super (based on 76 hrs/fortnight)
- Additional hours and site work available (if desired)
- Location: Wangara
