Description & Requirements

Zenviron are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the Lotus Creek Wind Farm Project, located in Central Queensland, on a FIFO 2:1 roster.

If you are an experienced and driven Electrical Supervisor, who wants to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Plan, allocate and coordinate daily work activities for electrical crews and subcontractors

• Supervise, coach and mentor team members, ensuring competency and compliance with scope and standards.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered in line with project requirements, schedules and specifications.

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, always ensuring compliance with Zenviron and site safety requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 4 years site base Supervisory experience within the wind farm, renewable energy or construction industry.

• An Australian recognised Electrical Trade Certificate and Licence.

• Demonstrable experience in substation construction and commissioning.

• Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines.

• Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements.

• Excellent written and technical skills and a confident user of MS Office Suite.

• An innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Driven commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

• Proof of right to work in Australia.

To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
